1. Scope of Coaching

Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to possibly enhance their personal potential. The Coach’s services are for educational and personal development purposes only. Results will vary.

2. Disclaimer (Mental Health & Professional Advice)

Client understands that coaching is not psychological counseling, therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial planning. The Coach is not acting as a licensed mental health professional, financial advisor, medical provider or attorney. The Client is fully responsible for all decisions, choices, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship.

3. Coach-Client Relationship

The Coach sets the stage for an accepting, safe space for sessions. The Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and suggestions, and dedicate the time and energy necessary to participate fully in the coaching sessions.

4. Confidentiality

The Coach will maintain the utmost HIPPA confidentiality regarding all information shared during sessions. The Coach will not disclose the Client's information to any third party without explicit written consent, except in cases where required by law, or if the Coach has reason to believe there is an imminent threat of harm to the Client or others, or in cases of suspected child or elder abuse. The Coach is a mandated reporter.

5. Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Coach $60 per session. Payments must be made in full upon the completion of the scheduled session. If payment is not received, the Coach reserves the right to refuse and cancel future sessions.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Client must notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and billed in full, barring emergencies. Cancellation is required 24 hours before scheduled session.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the coaching relationship, or for any reliance on the advice or guidance provided during sessions.
